public class ConsoleOutErrHandler
extends java.util.logging.Handler

Customized console logging handler.

The ConsoleOutErrHandler writes log messages of severity WARNING and higher to the System.err stream, and all other log messages to System.out. It uses a LogFormatter to format the records.
