Remove tags and tagsDir options since we are running from the location of the pom.xml file and StatSVN calls SVN from folders in the local file system (no path specified). The pom.xml will never be in a file system folder associated with the base of the SVN tags. That means, without changes to StatSVN letting it work regardless of the file system current folder, these options can never serve a useful purpose within Maven.
